Inspite of the fact that good ideas were mentioned to solve the problem the sabt ignored this initiative that was said to be impractical, without seeking alternatives.
Numerous requests from overseas to give attention to an unreasonable price structure was frequently ignored and no decisive report could be presented about the sabt finances, it was the last nail in the coffin.

The way has been paved for a new organisation that puts the boerboel first.

Boerboel International declares the following:

We put the boerboel first
We undertake to put the boerboel in its rightful place in the international dog world
We undertake to render a world class service
We undertake to render a service at an affordable fee, worldwide
We undertake to acknowledge and accept certificates of all boerboels of any association into our acceptance register
We undertake to accept all boerboels without any previous recorded history into the acceptance register if the relevant boerboel reaches an appraisal of 80%
We undertake to share our knowledge of the boerboel and to conserve and improve the breed.
We undertake to train judges and senior judges to be representatives world wide.
We undertake to establish a breed improvement scheme that entails an aprrraisal, temperament test and health report to ensure all boerboels that will be accepted in the breed register Will be of an equal international standard
We undertake to record data that will help the development of progeny.

The Management of BOERBOEL INTERNATIONAL would like to make a number of announcements to ensure complete transparency in the process of setting up this new BOERBOEL ORGANISATION.

• BOERBOEL INTERNATIONAL aims to be a true INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION.
• Every Continent, with the authority of BOERBOEL INTERNATIONAL SA, will be able to take certain decisions and control certain activities within its borders.
• All Continents will set up their own REGISTERIES with MEMEBERSHIP, PUPPY REGISTRATIONS, ACCEPTANCE and CLASSIFICATION REGISTERS as part of their own processes. Definition of this to follow.
• This will ensure that each Country and Continent is self sufficient.
• By constructing the international infrastructure in this particular way, the international organisation will be in line to be accepted by KUSA in SOUTH AFRICA and by the FCI internationally.
• This in turn will assist in getting the BOERBOEL accepted internationally
• The aim is that the interaction between South Africa and the Continents will be a mere formality in this age of technology thereby ensuring that technology supports member services worldwide.
• Each Continent will be able to identify any registry organization within its borders to handle their registers, which registries will be contracted by BOERBOEL INTERNATIONAL (SA) , subject to all data being forwarded to BOERBOEL INTERNATIONAL (SA)’s international register every 60 days.
• BOERBOEL INTERNATIONAL (SA) will on an annual basis train potential judges.
• BOERBOEL INTERNATIONAL (SA) judges are already available for appraisals and training worldwide.
• BOERBOEL INTERNATIONAL (SA) fully supports Temperament testing conducted by certified trainers ( in this regard ) and Temperament testing along with H.D/E.D Entropion,
• Ectropion and vaginal hyperplasia certification confirmation will be reflected on appraisal registration certificates and contribute to each dog’s status in the international register.
